Guided meditation and silent reflection supports you in softening your heart and mind to realign with your values, attend to your life, connect with others and improve your sleep with this gentle evening practice.
45 minute class fee: $18
These in-person classes offer guided and silent meditation, time for reflection, journaling and conversation. Learn to "be with" and "work with" what arises in practice, supported by my gentle and encouraging guidance and attention. I strive to a create practice that enables you to find your unique balance between effort and surrender, growth and comfort, so that you can attune to a level of engagement that supports your heart and mind to soften.
60 minute class fee: $20
I offer a free initial consultation so that you can learn about my work, share a bit about what you are looking for and together we can see if it feels like a good fit.
Sessions are thoughtfully crafted to meet your particular needs and goals. I emphasize building inner resources through developing self-awareness and engaging self-compassion to meet the different parts of you that carry distinct beliefs, emotions, sensations and needs.
