
The focus of this retreat is YOUR wellbeing! Join me for a half-day of nurturing yourself. So many right now are feeling frayed, anxious, overwhelmed, on edge, unsure what to do, how to help, where to turn. Think of this as an invitation to a little time and space away from the roar of your life and the constant pull on your attention. This offering is a space to tune inward to the pace of your own thoughts, sensations and emotions; a pause so that you can practice leaning towards yourself. This offering will flow between guided and silent mindfulness meditation, self-compassion and nervous system regulating practices, guided writing practice and space to simply be intentional and present with yourself and others.
Tea provided. We will end the retreat by nourishing ourselves with a light, macrobiotic-inspired lunch.
